Bristen p\u00e5 sjuksk\u00f6terskor p\u00e5verkar alla omr\u00e5den inom v\u00e5rden, s\u00e5som sjukhus, \u00e4ldreboenden och v\u00e5rden av klienter som bor i det egna hemmet (hemtj\u00e4nst). P\u00e5 grund av bristen p\u00e5 sjuksk\u00f6terskor har v\u00e5rdpersonal kommit under stor press att arbeta l\u00e5nga dagar, vilket p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5rdens kvalitet och v\u00e5rdpersonalens v\u00e4lbefinnande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt har antalet personer i behov av hemsjukv\u00e5rd \u00f6kat under \u00e5ren. Finland \u00e4r ett nordiskt land med en befolkning p\u00e5 cirka 5,54 miljoner inv\u00e5nare, men mer \u00e4n 22 % av de m\u00e4nniskor som f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande bor i Finland \u00e4r \u00f6ver 65 \u00e5r, och siffran kommer att stiga till 26 % \u00e5r 2030 och 29 % \u00e5r 2060 (THL juni 2023). F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande bidrar de \u00e4ldres andel av 22 % av befolkningen till en situation d\u00e4r det beh\u00f6vs fler v\u00e5rdgivare \u00e4n tidigare, och som nu \u00e4r sv\u00e5r att hantera med tanke p\u00e5 arbetskraftens tillr\u00e4cklighet. Den d\u00e5liga situationen f\u00f6r arbetskraftsf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning f\u00f6rsvagar b\u00e5de kvaliteten p\u00e5 v\u00e5rden f\u00f6r klienter och de \u00e4ldres v\u00e4lbefinnande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r vi fokuserar p\u00e5 hemtj\u00e4nstsektorn, som \u00e4r en stor del av Omegayhtis verksamhet, ser vi att m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag ofta har utmaningen att skapa permanenta v\u00e5rdringar f\u00f6r att behandla en kund. Resultatet av oms\u00e4ttning av sjuksk\u00f6terskor \u00e5terspeglas vanligtvis i v\u00e5rdens kvalitet. V\u00e5rdgivarnas oms\u00e4ttning och ett stort antal v\u00e5rdgivare leder ofta till bristande f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsteleverant\u00f6rer och minskad kundn\u00f6jdhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 Omegayhti har vi fokuserat p\u00e5 att tillhandah\u00e5lla individualiserad v\u00e5rd, och bilda sm\u00e5 grupper av v\u00e5rdgivare som ger v\u00e5rd till specifika klienter. Denna strategi har hj\u00e4lpt oss till stor del att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla ett av v\u00e5ra mycket viktiga m\u00e5l, att samma sjuksk\u00f6terskor behandlar samma klienter.
