Politiikka noudattaa Suomen ty\u00f6lains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00e4 ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 monimuotoisuutta, osallisuutta ja ammattitaitoa kaikissa rekrytointitoimissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Soveltamisala<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Politiikka koskee kaikkia vakituisia, m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaisia, harjoittelu- ja vapaaehtoisteht\u00e4vi\u00e4 kaikilla Omegayksi Oy:n osastoilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Rekrytoinnin periaatteet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyys:<\/strong> Kaikki avoimet teht\u00e4v\u00e4t ilmoitetaan asianmukaisilla alustoilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u00e4tevyyteen perustuva valinta:<\/strong> Hakijat arvioidaan p\u00e4tevyyden, kokemuksen ja rooliin soveltuvuuden perusteella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yhdenvertaisuus:<\/strong> Omegayksi Oy on tasa-arvoinen ty\u00f6nantaja. Kaikkia hakijoita kohdellaan oikeudenmukaisesti taustasta riippumatta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ammattimaisuus:<\/strong> Rekrytointiprosessit toteutetaan eettisesti ja ammattitaitoisesti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Rekrytointiprosessi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Henkil\u00f6st\u00f6suunnittelu:<\/strong> Osastop\u00e4\u00e4llik\u00f6t tunnistavat ja perustavat tarpeet uusille rekrytoinneille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ty\u00f6kuvauksen laatiminen:<\/strong> M\u00e4\u00e4ritell\u00e4\u00e4n vastuut, p\u00e4tevyydet ja osaamiset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ilmoittaminen:<\/strong> Teht\u00e4v\u00e4t julkaistaan Omegayksi-kanavissa, ty\u00f6paikkasivustoilla ja sosiaalisessa mediassa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hakemusten arviointi:<\/strong> HR seuloo hakemukset m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyjen kriteerien perusteella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haastattelut:<\/strong> P\u00e4teville hakijoille j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n haastattelut ja arvioinnit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suosittelut:<\/strong> Valituille ehdokkaille tehd\u00e4\u00e4n taustatarkistukset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ty\u00f6tarjous:<\/strong> Hyv\u00e4ksytyille ehdokkaille tehd\u00e4\u00e4n virallinen ty\u00f6tarjous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perehdytys:<\/strong> Uudet ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t perehdytet\u00e4\u00e4n rakenteellisen perehdytysohjelman kautta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Tietosuoja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hakijoiden henkil\u00f6tietoja k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukaisesti. Tietoja k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n vain rekrytointitarkoituksiin ja s\u00e4ilytet\u00e4\u00e4n turvallisesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
